OUR STORY

Hi. We’re Ian & Donna Reeves. We are the owners of the Cafe On The Hill.

We bought the cafe in November 2024 despite neither of us having worked in hospitality before! Ian has had a varied career ranging from being a policeman to technical sales manager for an advanced garage equipment company. I started my career as a Registered General Nurse in the NHS and later became Assistant Director of Nursing for a Trust in the Coventry & Warwickshire area.

We are proud to have retained a lovely regular customer base as well as our fabulous team. We also have many new customers that we are getting to know.

​

Our vision for the cafe is to be a recognised and valued hub for our local community and anyone just passing through or visiting the area. We are a place for friends & family to meet and eat, but also a place where some folks just want to come and read the newspapers quietly over a coffee and a cake.
